This is the ToS for my freelance art services.
Please read this in it's entirety before commissioning me.
By purchasing any service from me, you agree to the following terms, conditions and future updates.You must understand what you are purchasing before commissioning me. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to DM (direct message) me on Discord or email.• Discord: hunnibunch.co | email: @[email protected]These terms and conditions and prices are subject to change at any time I see fit. If drastic changes are made, I will post a notice on most of my public social media accounts.Understand that you are not obligated to buy my services. PAYMENT
Payment must always occur up front after your order is confirmed / accepted.
You have the option to partially pay your order through your invoice. The remaining amount must be paid after the flat color WIP is shown.- Your order will remain on pause and not be worked on until fully paid.
- Partial payment is 50% of your final price.I do not accept "exposure" as a form of payment.Once your commission is confirmed and finalized, I will send an invoice via PayPal from the email [email protected] with all information given, including my full ToS and guidelines.Invoices: This will be created through PayPal after your order is confirmed / accepted. Only send payment through the invoice I’ve sent. Any direct transfers will be refunded.Invoices will include your PayPal email and chosen social media name or link.
- No personal information given will ever be shared or made public.Failure to send payment within 24 hours will result in your order being canceled.
- 3 consecutive failures will temporarily revoke your privilages to my art for 3 months.Bribed Commissions: +75%
This will ensure your order is worked on FIRST. You may request to bribe your order at an additional percentage (%).
(this will be added to the total cost)✦ All bribe orders must be paid in full before the commission can be started.Refunds Refunds are only for orders that are six (6) months old and that have not received any form of progress picture, unless directly specified by me through discussion before the final product is given.-If agreed on, refund payment will only be 40% of what was paid if there has been initial progress done.- Any form of chargeback will result in a permanent ban and blacklist, and you will no longer have access to my art.Reselling & Trading: as of January 1, 2026: All resells / trading of my art / original designs must be made through my server before posting in other servers or websites. Please provide the original price + the additional art price when posting. Personal TOS made by individuals are invalid with my art.- Always include my ToS link before giving my art to the new owner: https://hunnibunch.carrd.co/#tosGifting: You may gift my art to another individual. This means you expect nothing in return. You may also host a raffle / giveaway containing my art, as long as there is no purchase ticket system in place.Payment Plans
Any commercial commission valuing over $1000 USD is eligible for a payment plan, but will require a 55% down payment when the order is accepted.Any regular commission valuing over $300 USD is eligible for a payment plan, but will require a 50% down payment when the order is accepted.
- Badge art commissions fall under this clause.- For any refunds regarding Payment plans, refer to PAYMENT ; Refunds for more information.I hold the right to refuse, decline, or cancel any order for any reason. if your order has been cancelled and payment or down payment has already been sent, a refund will be granted.
PROCESS
Do NOT order bait me, please.
- this includes questions leading up to an order, such as, giving refs and showing high interest. I understand excitement, but these situations kill my motivation.Give clear references. Use https://sta.sh/ or any image hosting site, or zip. file to group your images. Include a brief description if possible.- If nothing is clear, I will work off references to the best of my ability. I will not be at fault if I follow the references and it doesn't meet your specific expectations.I will give progress images when your order is worked on. Large changes should be during the first and final sketching phases.- Only small changes during the lining phase can be done.
- Major changes while I'm lining / coloring will result in an additional fee.Giving me "Artist’s Freedom" forfeits your chance to any major changes. You give me full artistic freedom to create your commission. There will be no changes / requests after the flat color WIP.You will receive a total of 2 WIPS.
- Rough sketch (you can only change minor things) and Flat Color (you have limited changes to the colors chosen).If your order has not been started yet, you may change your references.There will be no changes allowed to a piece once you have received the original files. Any changes after will come with a fee, the size of the fee will depend on how large the changes are to the final product.I have a public commission list via Trello, but I do not do them in any particular order. I work on what inspires me the most at any given time. The link can be found above by clicking ”comms list.”Do not rush me.
Like every other human, I have a life and family to take care of. If you'd like the progress of your order, you can check the commission list. It will be updated with the last progress image given.If your Trello card hasn't been updated since the last time a WIP was given, there is no available progress.Depending on how many commissions I have, wait time may be anywhere from (1) one month or more for the finished product.
COPYRIGHT & PERMISSIONS
My artwork is for personal use only.
- DM me if your commission is for commercial use, and we can further discuss the fee. You can get an idea of your overall price below by reading the commercial use clause.Do not copy, trace, alter, resell, steal or reference my artwork in any way or claim it as your own.
- Do not use my artwork in anything to gain profit.I hold full rights to display any and all finished commissions in my portfolio and social media accounts to use them as examples.Give credit at all times towards @ hunnibunch or hunnibunchco when publically posting my art on your social media.Do not ask me to whitewash / lighten the skin tones of my premade character designs.
- You will be automatically blocked and blacklisted.Adopting Characters: Once bought, you receive the rights to allow other artists to reference the initial character to create in their art style.- These are only for personal use. Do not create merchandise without paying the fee.- When purchasing an adopted character, keep key characteristics intact, such as skin tone, aesthetics, and species. (You may change their clothes, hairstyle, accessories, etc.)No art commissioned / purchased from me shal ever be used or resold for NFT images.No art commissioned / purchased from me shal ever be used or submitted into any artificial intelligence website to produce new art.Co-Owning Art / OCs: All art obtained must be owned by one person unless you pay the co-own fee of $30 usd PER co-owner.IMVU Badges: All badge art must only be used on IMVU.com- Once a badge is made using my pixel art, that art cannot be changed in any way by another artist’s work without asking me beforehand. I will revamp and give the art away.- Ask me before gifting / reselling my badge art to anyone.- Always grant badges to me and my grant list. This can be found in my discord server under Shop ToS; Grantlist.- When purchasing badge art for IMVU, credit should always be visible on the sticker's product page and in the badge description.Badge art for IMVU.com has commercial use prices implemented.
- You may not mass resell the image itself, but you may sell slots to grant the badge for money or in-game currency.Blacklisted users cannot obtain my art in any way. This includes through gifting, trading and imvu badge art.

COMMERCIAL USE
• Non-commercial use is if the art is solely for personal use, such as a display picture/ icon with the commissioner's name and watermark on it. (Generating zero profit.)• $450+ : commercial use social media persona.
ie: PNG/gif tubers, vtubers - youtube / tiktok / twitch videos• $1,500+ : commercial use for monetization.
- creating products / merchandise for profit
These are only estimates of what your price could be. There will be circumstances where the final price for your commercial commission will be more or less than what is suggested here.
PRIVACY POLICY
your paypal email, Usernames and other reoccurring information are all stored for future invoices.Commissioner / Artist will not share each other's personal / contact details with third parties.
